Law firms are becoming more dissatisfied with the internal capital and overhead expense required for supporting the e-discovery needs of its attorneys and clients. The increasing trend to combat these up-front costs is the use of a managed discovery environment, a relatively new concept for law firms and law departments.

With more than nine years of practice support experience, R.P. has extensive experience with managing large-scale e-discovery and document production, litigation technology training, advising attorneys and clients on e-discovery best practices, and educating/guiding attorneys through the complex e-discovery process. Zeke Alicea is the Southeast Regional Manager for Iris Data Services. With eight years of experience, he works closely with clients on a wide range of e-discovery matters, including data collection, processing and review. Zeke is responsible for the consulting efforts of his team in the Southeast region. He manages Iris Data Services' Production and Client Services facility and oversees Iris' expansion into Tennessee and New Orleans.
