He is a Certified Computer Examiner and Encase Certified Examiner, with extensive experience with major forensic analysis platforms and utilities including EnCase Forensics, Forensic Tool Kit, X-ways forensics, Blacklight, Cellebrite, NUIX and P@ commander. Collin has testified in court, written reports and signed affidavits for matters involving computer forensics.

Dan Rizzolo is a Managing Director at Omnivere, specializing in e-discovery, computer forensics, data analysis and litigation readiness services. His experience includes some of the largest and most complex legal data exercises in the world, including the Madoff disputes, tobacco litigation, the Enron matters and high profile criminal actions. Dan has led data and computer forensic teams responding to SEC, DOJ and OIG investigations, and has worked on matters involving a wide range of industries and issues. He has consulted on systems strategy, discovery/litigation support strategy, records retention programs and information management strategy, and has managed litigation support functions, IT and facilities management departments.
